What is the study about?
This study aims to assess the accuracy and user-friendliness of a new software program that uses your smartphone or other digital device to measure your vital signs, including:
- Heart rate
- Blood pressure
- Respiratory rate
- Oxygen saturation (depending on the specific device)
- Blood Glucose
The software is designed to be quick, painless, and non-invasive, offering a convenient alternative to traditional methods.
Who can participate?
We are seeking healthy adults, aged 18 – 80 years of age, who:
- Own a smartphone or other compatible device
- Have access to reliable internet
- Are comfortable using technology
- Are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Do not have any pre-existing conditions that affect their vital signs
- What does participation involve?
Screening: To confirm eligibility, you will answer a brief questionnaire about your health and technology use.
Study period: If selected, you will use the software for 6 months to measure your vital signs at home according to a simple schedule.
Feedback: Throughout the study, you will be asked to provide feedback on your experience using the software.
Compensation: As a thank you for your time and participation, you will receive 12 months free access to the software.
